Charlotte Musgrove

Nutritionist and Yoga Instructor

Charlotte studied a BSc in Biological Sciences at the University of East Anglia and then went on to complete an MSc in Public Health Nutrition at the University of Southampton. She spent four years working at the British Nutrition Foundation (BNF) in London, primarily as a Research Assistant, and then in the promoted position of Nutrition Scientist for the Foundation's Education Team.

Charlotte recently relocated to the South West where she is now a Healthy Eating Coordinator with South Gloucestershire Council's Health, Safety and Food team. Part of her current role involves writing a new Food and Health strategy for South Gloucestershire.

Charlotte delivers workshops and training days to a variety of audiences, and presents at educational conferences on all aspects of nutritional health. She also contributes to a number of journals, websites and other publications and was Technical Assistant for the BNF's quarterly produced journal Nutrition Bulletin.

Charlotte is available to deliver educational talks and seminars on all aspects of nutrition. She can provide individuals and employees the opportunity and awareness to improve their health and well being; enabling them to focus more clearly on important issues within the working environment, helping to reduce sickness and absenteeism.
